Winsearch is proud to partner with a leading composites manufacturing business serving the Automotive, Aerospace and Motorsport sectors. We are recruiting a number of experienced Composites Laminator to join their team on an ongoing contract basis in Leicestershire. In this hands-on role, you will laminate tooling and components for high-performance projects, taking a precision approach and following detailed engineering drawings and laminating manuals. The focus is on meeting customer delivery targets without compromising quality.

Location: Leicestershire
Key Duties:
- Laminate tooling and components for composite parts.
- Seal and release patterns/moulds using appropriate compounds.
- Vacuum-bag tooling and components for cure preparation.
- Load and operate ovens and autoclaves during curing processes.
- Manufacture templates and cut kits of composite components.
- Meet delivery targets for our customers while maintaining high quality standards.
- Support 5S and Lean manufacturing initiatives (continuous improvement).
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' laminating experience in the composite industry.
- Experience with race and road car construction (composite fabrication).
- Hands-on autoclave operation experience.
- Strong team player with a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Good organisational and logical reasoning skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and follow laminating manuals.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Desirable: familiarity with 5S/Lean manufacturing (continuous improvement).
