Do you have strong customer service experience and a background in logistics or warehousing? This is a temporary position for an initial 3–6 months period with the potential for it to be extended, offering a pay rate of £12.93 per hour.
In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service by understanding customer needs and ensuring clear, accurate, and timely communication. You'll act as a key point of coordination between customers, warehouse teams, and transport providers—helping to ensure deliveries are efficiently planned, tracked, and completed.
Maintaining and updating stock and transport management systems, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date. Monitoring delivery progress, liaising with planners and warehouses to track ETA's and proactively update customers. Capturing and recording data to support KPI reporting, invoicing, and operational performance tracking.
