Do you have strong customer service experience and a background in logistics or warehousing? This is a temporary position for an initial 3–6 months period with the potential for it to be extended, offering a pay rate of £12.93 per hour.
In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service by understanding customer needs and ensuring clear, accurate, and timely communication. You'll act as a key point of coordination between customers, warehouse teams, and transport providers—helping to ensure deliveries are efficiently planned, tracked, and completed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating stock and transport management systems, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
- Monitoring delivery progress, liaising with planners and warehouses to track ETA's and proactively update customers.
- Capturing and recording data to support KPI reporting, invoicing, and operational performance tracking.
