Quality Systems & Compliance Coordinator Rochdale, Greater Manchester Up to £38,000 per annum 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM Permanent The Company A leading food manufacturing business supplying products to major retailers and customers across the UK and Europe. Operating within a highly regulated environment, the business is committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality and compliance. They are now looking for a Quality Systems & Compliance Coordinator to support the Technical team with quality systems, compliance administration, reporting, specifications management and audit preparation. The Role The Quality Systems & Compliance Coordinator will support the Quality Systems Manager and wider Technical team by coordinating quality systems, compliance activities, reporting, specifications management and technical administration. Acting as a key link between customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will ensure documentation, systems and processes are maintained accurately and efficiently. You will play an important role in supporting audits, maintaining customer and supplier information, managing technical documentation and helping ensure the business remains compliant with customer, quality and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Support the Quality Systems Manager with quality systems administration and compliance activities Assist with data management, report writing and KPI reporting Maintain customer portals, interfaces and system access requirements Support customer audits by ensuring documentation is accurate and audit-ready Assist with finished product specifications, raw material specifications and supplier documentation Support supplier approval processes and vendor questionnaires Maintain and update technical documentation and SharePoint information Support technical projects and continuous improvement initiatives Provide administrative support across the Technical function Ensure records are maintained accurately and confidentially at all times Support compliance with food safety, quality and regulatory standards The Person Previous experience within a Technical, Quality, Compliance or Administration role Experience within food manufacturing would be advantageous Understanding of Quality Management Systems and document control processes Knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP principles and regulatory requirements Familiarity with BRCGS, IFS or customer audit standards is desirable Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Right to Work in the UK Keywords Quality Systems Coordinator, Compliance Coordinator, Quality & Compliance Coordinator, Technical Compliance Coordinator, Quality Systems Administrator, Food Manufacturing, Quality Management Systems, HACCP, BRCGS, IFS, Regulatory Compliance, Food Safety, Audit Support, Specifications Management, Supplier Approval, Document Control, SharePoint, Technical Administration, KPI Reporting, Quality Assurance At Winsearch, we are committed to equal opportunities and welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates.
