- Proven track record in a sales or account management role within construction, hire, safety, or contractor-led environments
- Confidence managing both existing client relationships and new business opportunities

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an existing portfolio of contractor clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors
- Conduct outbound sales activity via phone, email and meetings
- Arrange and attend client meetings as required

- Work closely with depot and operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
