Winsearch UK is currently working with a leading UK Manufacturer and supplier of high-quality household chemicals who are looking for someone who is confident, organised, and proactive, with proven experience as an Excel Administrator.

The Role: As the Excel Administrator, you will play a key part in exporting reports from the internal SAP system and liaising with the Customer Experience and Sales teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing and maintaining regular Excel-based reports for Customer Experience and Sales teams
  • Manipulating and analysing data using advanced Excel functions
  • Ensuring data accuracy, consistency and timely reporting
  • Supporting ad-hoc reporting requests and data analysis
  • Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders across departments

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Strong Excel proficiency (including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
  • Experience working with reports and data in a business environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident working independently and managing deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
