We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience across CNC machining processes and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines in accordance with company standards and production requirements.
- Maintain strict adherence to health & safety guidelines and 5S workplace standards.
- Perform machine setup, tooling changes, and datum setting.
- Ensure high-quality output while meeting production targets.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience working with OSAI CNC controllers (critical requirement).
- Strong understanding of CNC machining principles.
- Ability to carry out tool changes and machine setup.
Desirable (but not essential)
- 3-Axis CNC Routing.
- Knowledge of 2D sheet metal components.
- Experience cutting aluminium materials.
- Exposure to VWM / Technos 38 machines.
- 5-Axis CNC Machining.
- Experience setting up fixtures and jigs.
- Ability to set tool datums.
- Familiarity with CMS machines.
- CNC Punching.
- Machine and tool setup.
- Experience working with materials from 0.6mm to 2mm.
- Experience with Amada machines and Fanuc controllers.
- CAD/CAM Software.
- Exposure to Radan, AlphaCAM, or CATIA V5.
