We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience across CNC machining processes and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machines in accordance with company standards and production requirements.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health & safety guidelines and 5S workplace standards.
  • Perform machine setup, tooling changes, and datum setting.
  • Ensure high-quality output while meeting production targets.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Experience working with OSAI CNC controllers (critical requirement).
  • Strong understanding of CNC machining principles.
  • Ability to carry out tool changes and machine setup.

Desirable (but not essential)

  • 3-Axis CNC Routing.
  • Knowledge of 2D sheet metal components.
  • Experience cutting aluminium materials.
  • Exposure to VWM / Technos 38 machines.
  • 5-Axis CNC Machining.
  • Experience setting up fixtures and jigs.
  • Ability to set tool datums.
  • Familiarity with CMS machines.
  • CNC Punching.
  • Machine and tool setup.
  • Experience working with materials from 0.6mm to 2mm.
  • Experience with Amada machines and Fanuc controllers.
  • CAD/CAM Software.
  • Exposure to Radan, AlphaCAM, or CATIA V5.
