Winsearch is working with a well-established precision engineering business in Leicestershire to recruit experienced CNC Millers / Machinists to support continued growth across their machining operations. The Role
- Setting and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components
- Working on Belotti machining centres using Siemens controls
- Ensuring parts are produced to required tolerances and quality standards
- Carrying out basic inspection of components using measuring equipment
- Supporting continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives within the machine shop
- Working safely and in line with company procedures at all times
About the Machines & Software
- Belotti CNC milling machines
- Hypermill CAD/CAM software (experience beneficial but not essential)
Shift Options
- Standard day shift
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern
- Weekend shifts available
Requirements
- Previous experience as a CNC Miller / CNC Machinist
- Strong experience with CNC milling (not turning)
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Desirable
- Experience with Hypermill programming
