Permanent, Night Shift (4 Nights) Hours & Pay
Monday - Thursday (4 nights): 19:45 - 06:00
£18.85 - £21.40 per hour DOE
Overtime available (midweek and Fridays) paid at 1.5x basic rate after 39 hours.
My Client who is a leading manufacturer within their field is seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join their team due to continued growth and expansion. This role is suitable for an experienced CNC Turner who can set and operate and is conversant with FANUC.
CNC Turner Requirements:- CNC turning or similar experience essential with Fanuc controls
- Apprentice trained is preferred but not essential
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Willing to learn new skills
- Good standard in maths and English
- Have an ability to work to a high standard of quality with attention to detail
- Wearing of appropriate PPE and observing health and safety rules
- Set and Operate CNC Turning Machinery using FANUC controls
- Rework/Manufacture of components and working to drawings
- General housekeeping of work area and routine machine maintenance/safety checks
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Maintain standards of health, safety and hygiene in the workplace including the yard areas
