Do you have 2+ years' experience in electrical building services or infrastructure design? Are you confident using Revit within live design environments? Have you worked on projects from concept through to detailed design stages? Would a flexible, largely remote role with genuine progression appeal to you?
- 2+ years' experience within Electrical Design Engineering (building services, M&E consultancy, energy, infrastructure or similar)
- Working knowledge of electrical design principles across LV systems
- Experience producing coordinated designs using Revit (essential)
- Exposure to design stages such as RIBA 2 to RIBA 4 / concept through technical design
- Based within reach of Manchester for occasional office meetings
£35,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid / largely remote working model
- Manchester office base (South Manchester area)

Experience in commercial solar / PV projects
- HV design exposure
- Building services systems knowledge including fire, security or BMS
- Healthcare, defence or public sector project exposure
- AutoCAD or wider BIM software experience
Support electrical designs from concept stage through to detailed design (RIBA 2 to RIBA 4)
- Produce drawings, models and coordinated layouts using Revit
- Support projects involving boiler replacement programmes, solar PV and electrical upgrades
- Contribute to LV / HV design packages where appropriate
- Work closely with mechanical, commercial and delivery teams through EPC phases
- Attend surveys, client meetings and occasional office collaboration sessions
- Help ensure designs meet technical, regulatory and commercial requirements
