- Practical skills using tools such as staplers, cutters, sewing equipment and hand tools

Carrying out furniture repairs, adjustments and maintenance in customer homes, retail sites and distribution centres:
- Inspecting furniture to identify damage or defects and determining the most effective repair method
- Working closely with customer care, retail and quality teams to deliver a seamless experience
- Educating customers on furniture care to maximise longevity and appearance
1 to 3+ years experience in upholstery or furniture repair:
- Background in automotive trim, upholstery, joinery or soft furnishings
- Experience working in a field based or mobile service role
