Role & Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the branch, ensuring operational efficiency and high service levels
- Lead, motivate and develop the branch team, including recruitment, training and performance management
- Oversee warehouse, logistics and delivery operations ensuring compliance with all health & safety requirements
- Monitor branch performance, reporting on key metrics and implementing improvements where required
