Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (Flexible start and finish times, as long as 37.5 hours are completed per week)
Hybrid working - up to 2 days from home after training, based on performance
We are looking for an Administrator to provide essential support to the subcontracting team across all divisions. This is a varied role involving general administration, coordination with external partners, and day-to-day operational support.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out general administrative tasks including close‑downs, delivery queries, stock adjustments, booking slots, and returns
- Updating records and liaising with external co-packers
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Completing stock reconciliations and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Supporting the subcontracting team across all areas as required
- Assisting with subcontracting production processes, working closely with internal teams and external partners
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience within a similar environment
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Experience within an FMCG, logistics, or supply chain environment
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to manage phone and email queries professionally
- Self‑motivated, with a proactive approach to work
- A strong team player with excellent attention to detail
