Winsearch is proud to partner with a well-established facade contractor in the North West who are looking to strengthen their delivery team with the appointment of an experienced Project Manager. With a growing pipeline of work across the region, this is an opportunity to join a business delivering a range of façade and envelope packages, where you'll play a key role in leading projects from pre-construction through to completion. You'll be reporting directly to the Commercial Director and working closely with both commercial and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

The Role

  • Lead façade projects from inception through to completion
  • Take responsibility for programme, delivery, and coordination of site teams
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to specification
  • Work closely with the commercial team on project performance and cost control
  • Liaise with clients, main contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure health & safety standards are maintained across all projects

Who you are

  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in a Project Manager or similar role
  • Proven experience within façade / cladding / curtain walling projects (essential)
  • Background working for a façade contractor or specialist subcontractor
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and lead project teams effectively
  • Strong understanding of site delivery and project lifecycle
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships on-site and with clients
