WINSEARCH UK is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial strategy on a Barrow-in-Furness site-based project portfolio. You will manage NEC contracts, subcontract procurement, compensation events, and risk, reporting to the Commercial Director.
Ideal candidates are senior QS level or above with MRICS, experience in main contractor or specialist subcontractor environments, and a track record of £5m–£50m projects. SC clearance eligibility is required.
