About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an Internal Auditor to join a dynamic, cross-functional Quality team. This role plays a key part in maintaining and enhancing Quality Management Systems across multiple engineering sites, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement across the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits across multiple business units and sites
  • Maintain and manage Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal processes
  • Identify non-conformances and support corrective actions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to drive improvements
  • Support the ongoing development of quality and compliance processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the division

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an Internal Auditor role within engineering or manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (IMS)
  • EN/AS9100 Internal Auditor certification (essential)
  • Knowledge of ISO14001 or Lead Auditor certification (desirable)
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
