We are recruiting for a Quality Engineer to join the Quality Assurance team at our Ellesmere Port based client. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering professional to play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards across a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across supplier and engineering quality issues, supporting manufacturing operations and ensuring robust solutions are delivered quickly and effectively.
The Role
As Quality Engineer, you will support Press, Body, Paint and General Assembly areas, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, customers and service providers to maintain product quality and continuity of production.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to Manufacturing and Quality Operations teams, ensuring internal and external supplier quality standards are maintained.
- Respond quickly to customer and production quality issues, containing problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Build strong working relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
