Temporary Ongoing Contract
Working hours: 40 hours per week, 1-hour unpaid lunch
Working 5 days out of 7
Shift rota within:
- Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Sunday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
Rota pattern: 5-week rotation includes 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday per cycle (not on the same weekend)

Customer Service Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries

- Log customer interactions accurately on the system (CRM)
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Carry out basic troubleshooting where required
