Quality Health Safety and Environmental Manager Whitby £42,000-£52,000 + up to 7.5% bonus (O.T.E £55,900) + Benefits (Including 11% matched pension) I am excited to be partnering with Zip Pak part of the ITW group a $16bn turnover business who operate across the globe as they search for a new QHSE Manager to join their site in Whitby. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global business who work with some well-known brands. QHSE Manager Requirements: • NEBOSH Diploma qualified • Have a minimum of 3 years relevant practical experience in a manufacturing environment . • Experience of leading Internal and External audits, (customer and supplier) • Demonstrable success in gaining and maintaining ISO accreditations. • Customer facing experience. • Experience of implementing and maintaining Quality Management systems. QHSE Manager Duties: • Liaise with the Production Manager / Shift Leaders to ensure that Quality and HSE procedures are always adhered to. • To ensure a safety culture and safety awareness is adopted by teams and self. • To operate and administer an effective Near Miss/Safety Catch programme. • To conduct and keep current appropriate Risk Assessments and develop in tandem with the relevant departmental managers and operatives. • Design and deliver H&S Training to operators and staff at all levels. • To Chair regular Qual…
