Role Summary: Datadog is seeking a (Senior) Field Marketing Manager to develop and execute regional field marketing programs that drive pipeline, build brand awareness, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across the region. This is a true field marketing role spanning campaigns, account-based marketing, and events. You'll partner closely with Sales, Demand Gen/ABM, Partner Marketing, and Communications to bring Datadog's go-to-market strategy to life in market. In the initial 6 months, your focus will be on planning and executing a curated slate of first and third-party events and sponsorships across the region.

At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute regional field marketing programs - including campaigns, account-based marketing, and events - that drive pipeline and strengthen Datadog's brand in market.
  • Own the marketing pipeline generation outcome from conception to execution to results.
  • Evaluate and prioritize third-party sponsorship opportunities based on audience fit, brand visibility, and pipeline potential.
  • Partner with Sales, field marketing teams, and Demand Gen/ABM to align target account lists, build pipeline-driving campaigns, and convert event and program engagement into qualified pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Communications and Partner Marketing to align messaging and co-marketing opportunities across programs.
  • Own on-site logistics and execution for events, ensuring high-touch, on-brand delivery for customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Track and report on program and event performance (pipeline influenced, cost-per-lead, attendee quality) and use data to continuously optimize.
  • Act as the regional point of contact for field marketing strategy, keeping regional leadership and global marketing ops aligned on status and risks.
  • Build toward a broader regional field marketing remit beyond events as the role and region matures.

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, ideally in enterprise technology or SaaS, spanning campaigns and events rather than event execution alone with direct ownership of a regional field marketing program and budget.
  • A proven track record of building and executing field marketing programs, including managing third-party sponsorship relationships, under tight timelines and fixed budgets.
  • Comfortable owning a budget and making trade-off calls to protect ROI.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple concurrent programs across a region.
  • A strong collaborator who can align Sales, Demand Gen, Partner Marketing, and Communications around shared goals.
  • Data-driven - comfortable tracking pipeline impact and reporting results to leadership.
  • Clear communicator in English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40-50% within the region during peak event season.

Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you're passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply.

Benefits and Growth:

  • Join one of the fastest growing global SaaS companies in the world.
  • Generous and competitive benefits package.
  • New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan.
  • Continuous career development and pathing opportunities.
  • Employee-focused best in class onboarding.
  • Internal mentor and cross-departmental buddy program.
  • Friendly and inclusive workplace culture.

Benefits and Growth listed above may vary based on the country of your employment and the nature of your employment with Datadog.
