We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to help us build and own Webflow’s field marketing presence across Europe – creating the programs, relationships, and a regional playbook that will fuel our next phase of growth.
About the role:
- Location: London, UK (Hybrid) 2‑3 days per week in‑office

The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. The specific base pay within this range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job‑related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow’s company‑wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

As a Field Marketing Manager, EMEA, you’ll...
- Own the strategy, planning, and execution of Webflow’s EMEA field marketing programs – including third‑party sponsorships, executive dinners, roadshows, and partner events – while contributing to select global programs and initiatives.
- Build and execute account‑based marketing (ABM) plans in close partnership with the EMEA sales team, ensuring field programs are directly mapped to pipeline goals and top‑account engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with EMEA sales leadership, acting as the connective tissue between field marketing activity and revenue outcomes in the region.
- Manage program budgets end‑to‑end – building forecasts, tracking spend, and consistently delivering programs on or under budget without sacrificing quality.
- Work cross‑functionally with agencies, vendors, and contractors to bring events and programs to life, serving as the primary point of accountability for EMEA event quality and experience.
- Track, measure, and report on field marketing performance across the region – including pipeline contribution, event ROI, and account engagement – and use those insights to continuously sharpen the regional strategy.
- Help shape the global field marketing playbook by bringing EMEA learnings, market nuance, and regional best practices back to the broader team.
About you:
Requirements:
- 5+ years of field marketing experience with direct ownership of EMEA programs, campaigns, and events.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience executing a range of field marketing formats sponsorships, executive dinners, roadshows, partner events, and ABM programs – across multiple EMEA markets.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo; experience with Bizzabo or a comparable event management platform.
- Ability and genuine enthusiasm for international travel, with availability to support 20+ events per year across the EMEA region.
- Business‑level fluency in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
