WinsAbove is looking for a Manager of Customer Success to lead our EMEA team. In this role, you will oversee a team of 5-8 Customer Success Managers, optimizing customer value across our product portfolio while ensuring expansion and satisfaction metrics are met.

This position requires at least 7 years of customer success experience, primarily in SaaS, along with strong technical fluency in AI/ML. The role also supports a hybrid work environment and requires presence in the office 25% of the time.
