Program Summary
The Women's Economic Empowerment through Cashew Processing Program (WEECAP) is a five-year initiative, funded by the Mastercard Foundation, operating in CĂ´te d'Ivoire, Guinea-Bissau, and Senegal. WEECAP is transforming the cashew sector in West Africa by aligning inclusion and competitiveness to meet global demand, attract investment, and open economic opportunities for young women and men.

WEECAP addresses bottlenecks in the sector by connecting suppliers and strategic buyers, structuring resilient value chains, and mobilizing targeted financial solutions. Position Summary
Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable des Achats rigoureux(se) et proactif(ve) pour gérer l'approvisionnement en biens et services. La personne retenue veillera à ce que les activités d'achat soient conformes aux politiques et aux standards de l'entreprise, tout en recherchant des produits de qualité à des prix compétitifs. Ce rôle implique la gestion des fournisseurs, la négociation et le maintien de niveaux d'inventaire optimaux pour soutenir les opérations de l'entreprise.
Essential Responsibilities
- Sourcing et approvisionnement de biens, travaux et services conformément aux politiques et procédures de Winrock International et Mastercard Foundation
- Veiller à ce que le personnel comprenne les politiques et procédures et collaborer à la préparation d'un plan d'approvisionnement consolidé afin d'assurer la fourniture en temps voulu des biens et services
- Préparation des documents d'appel d'offres, émission de bons de commande et demandes de renseignements sur les biens, travaux et services en liaison avec les projets utilisateurs et entreprendre le processus d'appel d'offres approprié
- Identifier évaluer les fournisseurs potentiels et négocier les prix, la livraison et les services après-vente avec les fournisseurs
- Maintenir des relations avec les fournisseurs et suivre leur performance
- Tenir à jour les contrats des fournisseurs et les listes de contacts de la liste des fournisseurs présélectionnés approuvés en s'assurant qu'ils répondent aux exigences minimales pour figurer sur la liste des fournisseurs
- Tenue à jour de dossiers / documents d'approvisionnement solides et préparation de rapports sur l'état d'avancement des achats, y compris l'accélération des commandes pour assurer la livraison et le traitement des paiements en temps voulu
- Aider au dédouanement des expéditions auprès des douanes ou de tout autre organisme gouvernemental, en collaboration avec le personnel approprié
- S'assurer que tout le matériel de bureau est enregistré dans l'inventaire dès sa livraison au bureau. Diriger les inventaires annuels avec le service financier et le responsable des subventions
- Fournir un appui logistique aux activités du programme en coordination avec le personnel technique et le siège de Winrock
- Autres tâches administratives selon les besoins
Qualifications
- DiplĂ´me de Licence en Administration des Affaires, Gestion de la Supply Chain ou domaine connexe
- Expérience professionnelle 4 - 5 ans
- Forte capacité de négociation et d'excellentes compétences en communication
- Connaissance des logiciels d'approvisionnement et de la suite MS Office
- Capacité à analyser les données du marché et à élaborer des stratégies de sourcing
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et gestion du temps
- Bonne compréhension des lois et régulations relatives aux activités d'approvisionnement
- Connaissance des meilleures pratiques en matière d'approvisionnement
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
- Excellentes compétences verbales, analytiques, organisationnelles et écrites
- Maîtrise du français (orale et écrite), Connaissances de l'anglais serait un atout
