Role Description
We’re seeking a hands‑on yet strategic Senior Social Media Specialist to help shape and execute Winnrz’s social media strategy. You’ll own day‑to‑day channel execution while contributing to platform strategy, content direction, and performance optimisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute and help evolve Winnrz’s social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Own day‑to‑day publishing, scheduling, and optimisation aligned with broader marketing and growth objectives.
- Contribute to platform‑specific strategies, content pillars, and campaign planning.
- Translate brand and business goals into social‑first content and storytelling frameworks.
- Identify trends, cultural moments, and platform shifts — and turn them into strategic content opportunities.
- Lead community management with a clear engagement strategy to build brand trust and loyalty.
- Collaborate with creative, influencer, performance, and product teams to ensure social supports full‑funnel outcomes.
- Track performance, define success metrics, and turn insights into optimisation and strategic recommendations.
- Support creator and influencer strategies from a social execution and performance perspective.
- Maintain and evolve brand voice and consistency across all social touchpoints.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing roles, ideally within consumer, lifestyle, or entertainment brands.
- Strong hands‑on experience managing major social platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
- Proven ability to think strategically about social media’s role in brand building and growth.
- Solid understanding of social analytics, performance metrics, and optimisation best practices.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally and influencing without direct authority.
- Experience working with creators, influencers, and performance teams is a plus.
