Role Description

We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution from strategy to performance. You’ll be responsible for developing integrated campaigns, building our brand presence, and driving measurable customer acquisition and retention. This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring close collaboration with product, performance, and creative teams to deliver campaigns that cut through and convert.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and PR.
  • Manage campaign budgets and optimise spend for maximum ROI.
  • Develop and maintain the marketing calendar, aligning campaigns with product launches and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Performance, and CRM teams to deliver consistent messaging and storytelling.
  • Drive brand awareness and engagement through innovative campaigns and partnerships.
  • Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance, applying insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Ensure all campaigns are on-brand and aligned with Winnrz’s tone of voice and vision.
  • Manage external agencies and partners as needed to deliver high-quality outputs.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 10-12 years of experience in marketing management, ideally within consumer, retail, or tech-driven businesses.
  • Strong track record of leading multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Solid understanding of both brand marketing and performance marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
