We’re looking for a Business Analyst to support strategic decision-making and drive performance across the business.
Role Description
We are seeking a sharp, data-driven, and commercially minded Business Analyst to turn data into insights and insights into action. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and commercial teams to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and support growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on with data while contributing to real business outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyze business performance across marketing, product, and operations.
- Build dashboards, reports, and models to track key metrics and KPIs.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and inefficiencies to drive improvements.
- Support decision-making with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to evaluate campaigns and ROI.
- Analyze customer funnels, conversion rates, and user behavior.
- Support forecasting, planning, and business case development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-backed strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or strategy roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
- Understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and funnel metrics.
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
