- Задачи
- Own the product strategy and OKRs for the Vision Suite, turning the broader product vision into a single, clear product roadmap that includes Machine Learning Services and Hardware priorities wherever their work affects Vision
- Own the Product Growth Funnel across the Vision Suite, defining clear success metrics for every major initiative, such as time to value, install friction, usage and engagement, and AI accuracy
- Prioritise with a focus on outcomes over output, assess how features perform, and recommend changes or removal where they no longer deliver value
- Build regular processes for getting the team into kitchens, including shift shadowing and site visits and empathy interviews while sharing what we learn across Winnow
- Develop the domain expertise that customers and sales trust, running discovery to find root causes and validating value and usability before a line of code is written
- Design for frontline users who are time-poor, interrupted and did not choose the tool, including human-in-the-loop experiences where user corrections feed model improvement
- Turn what we learn into clear requirements across the relevant engineering teams, and lead the product trio by context and alignment, not control.
- Communicate the product roadmap proactively, explaining the rationale and trade-offs behind decisions, and build strong partnerships across the business to drive Vision end to end.
- Launch major features on time, equipping sales with battle cards and support with documentation
- Manage the backlog, sprints and release notes, running backlog grooming, sprint planning and regular demos, and communicating progress and blockers openly
- As you grow in the role, you will take on cross-team launch synchronisation across hardware, firmware and software releases.
This is the next step on Winnow's Product Management growth path.
