Winnow in London is seeking an experienced Hardware Engineering Manager to take strategic ownership of our hardware portfolio and to devise and execute a scalable roadmap. You will own the full product lifecycle from EVT through MP, shaping system architecture and engineering processes to deliver robust hardware solutions.
You will lead a hardware team of three, drive performance and delivery, and act as the ambassador for the hardware function across Winnow, collaborating with product.
