Winnow is seeking an experienced Hardware Engineering Manager to lead our hardware portfolio, defining and executing a strategy to scale hardware solutions. This hands-on leadership role covers the full product lifecycle from EVT to MP, shaping the hardware roadmap, system architecture, and world-class engineering processes.
You will lead a hardware team of three, driving development, performance and delivery, and act as the ambassador for hardware across Winnow.
