General Manager – The Winning Post Pub & Restaurant, Winkfield

Lead something truly special – a beautifully refurbished, destination pub with rooms. The Winning Post in Winkfield isn’t just a pub; it’s a cornerstone of the community and a destination in its own right. With a strong local following and guests travelling from far and wide, we’ve built our reputation on exceptional food, warm hospitality, and a genuine love for what we do.

Fully refurbished just three years ago – including our stunning kitchen and restaurant – The Winning Post now combines rustic charm with contemporary comfort. We’ve recently completed the full refurbishment of our beautiful hotel rooms, and we’re putting the finishing touches on our brand-new outdoor area, featuring log burners and an enclosed 60-seater space for private events. It’s an exciting time to join as we move into the next chapter of our story.

At the heart of everything we do is quality. Our brigade of talented chefs create everything in-house – from our crowd-pleasing bar snacks to our show-stopping Venison Wellington, made using exquisite venison from the Royal Estate. Add to that our thoughtfully curated wine list, and it’s easy to see why The Winning Post is loved by locals and visitors alike.

We’re now looking for a hands-on, charismatic General Manager to lead our pub, restaurant, and rooms with pride and passion. This isn’t an office role – we’re looking for a true landlord: someone who lives and breathes hospitality, builds lasting relationships, and makes every guest feel like part of the family.
