About the role

The Marketing Team Lead will be responsible for leading Billor's Marketing team, ensuring strategic alignment across departments, defining priorities, and driving the execution of marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to support business growth through effective campaigns, content, and brand positioning.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Marketing team.
  • Define marketing priorities in alignment with company leadership.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
