We are looking for someone who is passionate about human behavior, data, strategy, and client relationships to join our team as a Strategic Account Partner. This role combines strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a consultative mindset to transform data into business opportunities, helping leading brands identify trends, uncover actionable insights, and drive meaningful business outcomes.

We're looking for someone who can seamlessly navigate across strategy, content, consumer insights, and account management, acting as a trusted strategic partner to clients while contributing to the sustainable growth of their business.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Net Dollar Retention (NDR) across the assigned portfolio (measured quarterly)
  • Client Health Score, including NPS (measured quarterly)
  • Documented Business Outcomes: number of quantified, client-validated case studies produced (measured quarterly)
What You'll Do
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted strategic advisor to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong on-site presence with clients (every 1-2 weeks), requiring excellent relationship-building skills, executive presence, and the ability to lead high-level presentations.
  • Own and manage strategic accounts, including national and international clients.
  • Translate data, cultural trends, and consumer behavior into actionable business recommendations.
  • Develop executive presentations and compelling strategic narratives with strong storytelling capabilities.
  • Identify growth opportunities and proactively drive account expansion.
  • Create client success stories and monitor business impact over time.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Creative Strategy, Content, Consumer & Marketing Insights, Marketing, Client Services, or Account Management.
  • Experience in Strategic Planning and Creative Strategy.
  • Knowledge of Branding and brand-building strategies.
  • Availability to be onsite in client's office in either London or Amsterdam every 2 weeks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into compelling stories and strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional storytelling abilities.
  • A consultative mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at different levels.
  • Creativity and the ability to translate consumer behavior into business opportunities.
  • A genuine passion for studying, understanding, and decoding human behavior.
  • High level of autonomy, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Fluent English.
