Supply Chain Manager

Join our busy Logistics Team as a Supply Chain Manager and become part of an iconic Cornish business. In this role, you will ensure no out-of-stock lines and plan materials according to production needs.

Salary & Hours

£40,000 – £50,000 per year
40 hours per week, Monday – Friday (Some weekends required)

Responsibilities

Manage raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and merchandise on site
Assist with stock rotation and efficient material utilization to minimize waste
Place orders for production materials within supplier lead-times to prevent shortages
Plan inbound deliveries to meet production schedules and confirm delivery dates with suppliers
Conduct regular stock-taking and inventory checks with high accuracy
Coordinate production plans with management
Create scheduling processes to meet production goals and hygiene requirements
Generate production reports for decision-making (plan vs. actual, inventory costs, supplier performance)
Create purchase orders and perform administrative tasks as needed
Manage CHEP movements and audit accuracy
Coordinate returns of empty kegs with external customers
Perform other tasks as requested by Directors

Experience & Skills

Supply Chain buying/planning experience, especially in Food & Drink/FMCG manufacturing
Warehouse and forklift experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with seasonal demand
