My client, near Saltash, are seeking an experienced used car sales executive to join their team at a well-established and growing motor company. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service across the company. Guiding the customer through the process smoothly from choosing the right vehicle for them all the way through to purchase including finance and add-ons to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably in the used car market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Results-oriented with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of automotive financing and dealership procedures is an advantage.
Monday to Friday plus weekend availability - Full time. Basic salary to be discussed (£25,000 - £35,000) + commission + bonus.
