Job Title: Pub Senior Sous ChefLocation: CirencesterRate of Pay: £17.00 INCLUDING TRONC/TIPSHours: 45 Hours per week Our client, located on the outskirts of Cirencester, is searching for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to support their Head Chef overseeing a small brigade within a high end pub setting. The position of Senior Sous Chef requires strong leadership qualities to assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team effectively. You will lead and mentor junior staff, ensuring their development.As the Senior Sous Chef, your role is crucial in overseeing the kitchen service to ensure consistent delivery and high standards. As well as assisting the Head Chef with suppliers, stock and cost management you will also be required to complete staff rotas and all Health and Safety documentation in the Head Chefs absence.
