Our client a leading manufacturer of bespoke stairs in the UK are looking for a full time, permanent Production Supervisor to manage and lead a team of fabricator/welders and apprentices at the factory in Cornwall. This role requires a strong technical background in welding and fabrication, as well as the ability to provide guidance and ensure the safety and efficiency of production processes. DutiesLead, manage and motivate the team by providing direction and goals. Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities and tasks. Serve as a role model and mentor and provide training and supervision to apprentices. Accurately complete all necessary documentation for regulatory compliance Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained and make any recommendations for improvement.Skills Proven experience within a supervisory role Welding / Fabrication experience – strong hands-on experience in MIG/TIG welding and fabrication is required.
