We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing customer service, sales support, and operational coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing customer enquiries, processing sales orders, coordinating deliveries, and supporting the wider sales function.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing inbound customer enquiries and converting them into confirmed orders
- Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinating daily aggregate deliveries with the yard, weighbridge, and drivers
- Acting as the link between sales and operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Providing quotations and supporting customer follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer information
- Building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and grow existing accounts
- Resolving customer queries in a professional and timely manner
- Supporting the sales team with appointment generation and administration
- Previous experience within administration, sales support, logistics, shipping, transport coordination, or customer service
