We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing customer service, sales support, and operational coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing customer enquiries, processing sales orders, coordinating deliveries, and supporting the wider sales function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing inbound customer enquiries and converting them into confirmed orders
  • Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinating daily aggregate deliveries with the yard, weighbridge, and drivers
  • Acting as the link between sales and operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Providing quotations and supporting customer follow-ups
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer information
  • Building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and grow existing accounts
