Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the Visitor Attraction.
- Serve as duty manager, handling troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges.
- Ensure each visitor receives a high-quality, educational, and immersive experience.
- Take direct responsibility for the smooth and efficient functioning across the site.
- Contribute to the development, interpretation, and implementation of new exhibitions and historical content.
- Engage visitors through compelling storytelling, guided interpretation, and interactive experiences.
- Design and deliver a comprehensive programme of workshops, guided tours, and special events.
- Train, mentor, and support the Welcome and Host team to provide engaging, accurate, and informative visitor interactions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create content that showcases the site’s cultural and historical importance.
