As a Spa Therapist / Senior Spa Therapist, you will:
- Deliver a wide range of high-quality face and body treatments
- Provide outstanding customer service to every guest
- Maintain treatment rooms to a consistently high standard
- Promote spa products and services confidently and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Senior Spa Therapists will additionally:
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Assist with training and maintaining treatment standards
- Lead by example in service delivery and professionalism
- Support spa management with daily operational duties
Requirements:
- Recognised Spa / Beauty qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Ideally 2+ years' spa industry experience
- Strong treatment skills and technique versatility
- Confident in delivering a range of massage and facial treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented
- A genuine passion for wellness and guest care
