Our client, a dynamic design and refurbishment company providing one-stop solutions for Workplace Interiors. They specialise in transforming workplace environments through innovative design, efficient project delivery, and outstanding client service.
This role is ideal for a dedicated, self-motivated professional who is confident in building relationships, driving sales, and managing projects from concept to completion.
Office based working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Friday - 8:00am - 4:00pm
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development:
- Identify and contact new and existing clients of various sizes and industries
- Develop and execute targeted direct and e-marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness
- Build and maintain a strong client base and lasting relationships
- Client Consultation & Design Coordination:
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to gather project briefs
- Produce rough sketches and liaise with the CAD team to develop design concepts
- Work within client budgets to produce comprehensive quotes and design proposals
- Project Management:
- Oversee the build process from start to completion
- Conduct regular on-site meetings to monitor progress and maintain quality
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- Project Logistics:
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to plan and execute project builds
- Schedule and oversee deliveries of all aspects of interior components including furniture, fittings, flooring, electrical and partitioning
- Supplier Management:
- Liaise with product suppliers and specialists
- Visit showrooms and stay up to date with product ranges and innovations
- Experience in the Workplace Interiors industry, with a track record of achieving profitable sales and meeting targets – or work within our industry and have an understanding of the industry
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent ability to manage contractors and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- UK driving licence required
- Base salary of £26,000.00 – £30,000.00
- Uncapped commission on every job
- Gross profit level to be met, 1% all the way up to 5%
- Car allowance
- Payment of 75% of phone bill
- Holiday commission
- 27 days holiday + bank holidays + additional Bank Holiday
- Workplace pension

- Location of work – Kingston upon Thames (office based, no hybrid working) with onsite parking
