Our clients are seeking a Front of House Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations across their hotel, food and drink outlets, restaurant and functions. You are required to maintain consistent standards, maximise profitability, support business growth, and provide effective caretaking of both the building and the team. Due to location candidates must have use of own transport.
Main Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a professional and courteous manner at all times, ensuring outstanding customer service.
- Foster a positive, supportive work environment through clear and effective communication, cultivating a strong team culture.
- Oversee and manage the Front of House team.
- Ensure all services within the building comply with legal requirements, including alcohol licensing regulations and food and drink safety standards.
- Manage stock control, product quality, ordering, monthly stocktakes, line cleaning, and wastage to maintain efficiency within budget targets.
- Develop, cost, and update menus.
- Plan staffing levels appropriate to seasonal demand, creating rotas that balance customer satisfaction with profitability.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and conduct regular maintenance checks across all areas of the building.
