We are looking for a skilled and passionate Asian Cuisine Chef to join our client’s kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Asian-inspired dishes to a high standard, while maintaining excellent food quality, presentation, hygiene, and kitchen safety. This is a full-time position over 4 days with an annual salary from £38,000 per annum plus tips!
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Asian cuisine dishes.
- Maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and food safety standards.
- Manage kitchen stock and minimise food waste.
- Work efficiently as part of a busy kitchen team.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Requirements:
Previous professional kitchen experience, good knowledge of Asian cuisine, and a passion for producing high-quality food.
