As an in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across a range of roles. Working closely with hiring managers and leadership, you’ll take ownership of the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring a positive candidate experience and a seamless hiring journey. Manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of functions and levels. Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and local networks. Manage the candidate experience and employer brand throughout the hiring journey. Monitor recruitment metrics and suggest improvements. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Proven experience in a talent acquisition or internal recruitment role. Confident using recruitment tools and platforms Passion for people and a keen eye for talent. A valid UK driver’s licence and access to transport – occasional travel may be required between sites or to attend events. Creative approach to content and communication, especially across social platforms like LinkedIn or Instagram. Familiarity with employer branding or talent marketing campaigns.
