Location: North Coast of Cornwall

Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent

Hours: Flexible (e.g. 2-3 days per week or equivalent hours)

The Role:

As an in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across a range of roles. Working closely with hiring managers and leadership, you’ll take ownership of the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring a positive candidate experience and a seamless hiring journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of functions and levels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective hiring strategies.
  • Create engaging job adverts and post across relevant platforms.
  • Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and local networks.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate selection processes.
  • Manage the candidate experience and employer brand throughout the hiring journey.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a talent acquisition or internal recruitment role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confident using recruitment tools and platforms
  • A proactive approach and ability to manage your own workload.
  • Understanding of employment best practices and relevant legislation.
  • Passion for people and a keen eye for talent.
  • Based locally or within a commutable distance to the North Coast of Cornwall.
  • A valid UK driver’s licence and access to transport – occasional travel may be required between sites or to attend events.
  • Creative approach to content and communication, especially across social platforms like LinkedIn or Instagram.
  • Familiarity with employer branding or talent marketing campaigns.
