Sprinkler Service Engineer
£40,000 to £45,000 – Sidcup (Field-Based)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30am – 5:00pm

Are you a skilled Sprinkler Engineer looking for your next challenge? We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected fire protection company who are looking to expand their service team with an experienced Sprinkler Service Engineer.
This is a field-based role, attending a mix of residential and commercial sites, carrying out servicing and maintenance on sprinkler systems, including wet and dry risers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, test, and maintain fire sprinkler systems (wet and dry risers)
- Support Managers and wider team on-site as required
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Produce accurate service reports, detailing faults and remedial recommendations
- Communicate effectively with the office team and clients
- Work in full compliance with Health & Safety standards and PPE requirements
- Represent the business with professionalism and a strong customer focus
Requirements:
- Proven experience in servicing residential and commercial sprinkler systems
- Solid understanding of wet & dry risers
- Familiarity with system changeovers and fire alarm interfaces
- Strong knowledge of BS EN12845 and BS 9251 standards
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
