Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 4 engineers (Electrical and Mechanical) ensuring all Planned and Reactive maintenance is in line with KPI/SLA.
  • Plan the engineer’s day on a day-to-day basis, managing compliance across the site.
  • Oversee small work projects up to £20k.
  • Handle client interaction on a daily basis.
  • Ensure engineers are compliant with all health and safety regulations and are meeting KPI/SLAs.
  • Provide technical support and innovative solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Occasionally assist on the tools to support the engineers.

Candidate:

  • Must hold relevant qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical such as City and Guilds Electrical installation & 17th Edition.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including HVAC, lighting, and power distribution.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
