They are looking to recruit for a Commercial Gas Engineer who will be responsible for the maintenance, and repair of gas appliances and systems across the UK. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and demonstrate proficiency in using various tools and equipment, in various working sectors. This role requires a commitment to safety and quality, ensuring that all work complies with relevant regulations and standards.
Duties:
- As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will Install, maintain, and repair all types of gas heating and plumbing systems in commercial settings.
- You will conduct regular inspections to ensure the safe operation of gas systems
- As a Commercial gas engineer, you will diagnose faults in gas appliances and carry out necessary repairs.
- You will assemble components as needed for various projects.
- As a commercial gas engineer, you will need to understand, complete all work-related documentation accurately on time and to exceed the customers’ expectations.
- You will collaborate with other tradespeople to complete installations efficiently.
- You will maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Always adhere to health and safety regulations.
- You will at times have to work away during Mon-Thursday

- As a commercial gas engineer you will need the relevant qualifications e.g. COCN1, MET1, CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, HTR1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CODNCO1, CORT1, UVHW.
