Job Description
AC & Refrigeration Engineer
West Midlands with National cover
£45,000 + Door to Door + Van
Core Hours – Monday – Friday 08:00-17:00 (40 hours)
Our Facilities Management team at Winner is partnering with a reputable, family-run service provider seeking skilled AC & refrigeration engineer to perform planned and reactive maintenance across a mixture of retail & Commercial sites throughout England.
Responsibilities:
- As an AC & Refrigeration engineer you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on AC and refrigeration systems including VRV/VRF, split systems, cold rooms, and chillers
- You will be involved with minor installations C and refrigeration units including VRV/VRF, split systems, cold rooms, and chillers
- As an AC & refrigeration engineer you will diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
- You will Complete all relevant documentation and service reports
- Liaise with clients on-site to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all health & safety and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a AC & refrigeration engineer
- Ideally an NVQ or diploma within Installing & Maintaining AC and Refrigeration
- Hold other qualifications such as FGAS & Co2
- Proficient in reading and interrupting technical diagrams and manuals with strong working knowledge of HVAC systems and their components.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable using handheld devices for logging.
- Full UK driver’s license with strong customer service skills.
