Experienced Plant Fitter - Full Time
Due to continued growth and expansion, an established waste management and recycling business is looking to recruit an experienced Plant Fitter to join its engineering team.
Location: Sheffield S3
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible formaintaining and repairing a wide range of heavy plant and recycling equipment, including:
- Material Handlers
- 360 Excavators
- Loading Shovels
- Trommels
- Crushers
- And associated machinery
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and servicing
- Responding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs when required
- Diagnosing and identifying mechanical and hydraulic faults
- Completing service sheets and relevant maintenance paperwork
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Supporting colleagues and site operations where needed
